### Role & Company / Project Overview iKonsult Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a leading fintech company specialising in unsecured business loans. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Head of South, supporting comprehensive financial and business analysis to inform strategic business decisions. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Collaborate closely with the Head of South to support financial and business analytics • Conduct in-depth analysis to drive informed executive and business decisions • Evaluate financial performance, metrics, and business lending trends ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience working with consulting or advisory firms • Education: Postgraduate degree or a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) • Strong analytical skills and sharp business acumen • Exposure to fintech, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), or lending clients is considered an advantage • Immediate joiners are preferred ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA (INR 2,000,000 per annum) ### Application Instructions • Interested applicants should send an email with the subject line 'Financial / Business Analyst – Chennai' • Include your CV, current CTC, expected CTC, location, and notice period.
