• Role & Company / Project Overview: Diverse Lynx is seeking experienced Okta Developers with strong expertise in Okta implementation and integrations to join the team in Chennai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and execute Okta development, deployment, and configuration. - Design, configure, and maintain Okta integrations across enterprise identity ecosystems. - Implement and support single sign-on (SSO), federation, and access management protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience levels: 3+ Years, 6+ Years, or 9+ Years of relevant professional experience. - Strong experience in Okta Development and Implementation. - Hands-on expertise with Okta Integrations. - Mandatory hands-on expertise in all three core protocols: SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. - Solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cybersecurity. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Notice Period: Any notice period accepted. • Compensation & Benefits: - 3+ Years Experience: Up to 12 LPA (INR 1,200,000 per annum) - 6+ Years Experience: 18–20 LPA (INR 1,800,000 - 2,000,000 per annum) - 9+ Years Experience: 24–25 LPA (INR 2,400,000 - 2,500,000 per annum) • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated CV with details including total experience, relevant Okta experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and preferred location.
