• Role & Company / Project Overview Protalk is hiring Collections Executives based in Chennai. Openings are available for both Freshers and Experienced candidates possessing regional language skills. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle debt collections and recovery calls for designated portfolios in Telugu or Kannada. - Follow up on outstanding amounts, provide payment solutions, and negotiate settlement terms. - Maintain strict compliance with collection standards and log interaction outcomes in the system. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu or Kannada. - Freshers and Experienced candidates are both welcome to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. • Compensation & Benefits - Telugu Language: • Freshers: ₹15,000–₹16,000 per month • Experienced: ₹17,000–₹18,000 per month - Kannada Language: • Freshers: ₹17,000–₹18,000 per month • Experienced: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month • Application Instructions - Send updated CV via email or apply through WhatsApp / LinkedIn DM.
