• Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting opportunity with a leading global ITES organization in Chennai hiring experienced professionals for International BPO Customer Support (International Voice Process). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage inbound and outbound international voice customer interactions. - Handle complex customer inquiries and deliver high-quality support solutions. - Uphold customer satisfaction metrics and quality benchmarks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Customer Support. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Comfortable working in night shifts. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Pallavaram, Chennai. - Shift: Night shifts. - Working Schedule: 5 days working per week with 2 rotational week-offs. - Interview Mode: Virtual. - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹4.25 LPA (up to 30% hike on last drawn CTC, not exceeding ₹4.25 LPA). - Both-side cab facilities. - Provident Fund (PF) and comprehensive benefits package. • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resumes for immediate consideration.
