• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Client Support Associates in Perungudi, Chennai. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle customer calls and assist with product, service, warranty, and appointment-related queries. - Follow up on service requests, customer feedback, and pending concerns. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. - Ensure professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Any Graduate. - Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Skills: Good verbal communication skills; prior customer service experience is an added advantage. - Language Requirements: English (Mandatory), Kannada (Preferred). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Shift Details: Female candidates work General Shift; Male candidates work Rotational Shift. • Compensation & Benefits: - Freshers Salary: ₹18,000 per month. - Experienced Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month. - Benefits: Attendance Bonus and Performance Incentives. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resume with HR.
