### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an Electrical BIM Modeller to develop and support detailed electrical BIM models and coordination for ongoing engineering projects in Chennai. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit. - Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and documentation. - Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. - Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks. - Update models according to design changes, IFC drawings, and approved shop drawings. - Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards. - Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and project teams to resolve modelling issues. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-related Diploma. - Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant BIM modelling experience. - Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. - Practical working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - Working Mode: Onsite ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can submit their updated resumes via email.
