### Role & Company / Project Overview Infinity Crest Group Private Limited is hiring for the position of GenAI / ML Workflow Engineer. This is an exciting remote opportunity for Freshers and Experienced Professionals to work on advanced AI, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies. The role comes with a company-provided laptop kit and a fast-track hiring process. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML workflows and end-to-end automation pipelines. • Build and integrate generative AI solutions, workflow automations, and machine learning components. • Work extensively with Python, Generative AI frameworks, ML modeling, LLM/RAG pipelines, NLP/CV models, and MLOps practices. • Collaborate across distributed teams to deliver production-ready AI applications in a remote environment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates (2018 to 2026 passed-outs eligible). • Key technical domains and roles associated: Python Developer, GenAI Engineer, ML Engineer, LLM/RAG Engineer, AI Automation Engineer, NLP/CV Engineer, MLOps Engineer. • Digital bond: 1-Year (Not compulsory). • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Work Mode: 100% Work From Home (Remote Opportunity). • Laptop kit will be provided by the company. ### Compensation & Benefits • Freshers Package: Up to 4.8 LPA. • Experienced Candidates: Up to 8 LPA (based on skills and experience). • Company-provided laptop kit. ### Application Instructions • Fast-track hiring process.
