Job description

JIT Global is hiring freshers (0 to 1 year of experience) passionate about AI/ML & Generative AI for the position of AI/ML Trainee in Chennai. In this role, you will kickstart your AI/ML career by building real-world AI applications and solutions. Key responsibilities include building LLM & GenAI applications, developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, building AI Agents and agentic workflows, applying prompt engineering and reranking techniques, developing ML models, solving real-world AI problems, and working with vector databases and embeddings. Candidates should possess strong ML & GenAI fundamentals, knowledge of LLMs & Prompt Engineering, an understanding of RAG & Vector Databases, knowledge of AI Agents & Agentic AI, familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph, an understanding of Supervised & Unsupervised ML, and hands-on AI/ML or GenAI project experience (which is an advantage).
