### Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an AI Lead to guide engineering teams in developing and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models in BFS. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists. - Oversee the delivery of AI applications from proof of concept to production deployment. - Ensure code quality, architectural standards, and operational excellence. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of software and machine learning experience with demonstrable team leadership. - Comprehensive expertise in AI algorithms, production deployment, and monitoring. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. - Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid (3 to 5 days RTO). - Interview Date: 04 November 2026. ### Compensation & Benefits - Attractive compensation package. ### Application Instructions - Apply with updated CV including Skill, Experience, and Preferred Location.
