Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: FinLever Consulting Private Limited is hiring for the full-time role of Executive – Accounts, TDS & Financial Reporting based in Chennai (Work from Office). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Handle day-to-day accounting in SAP (Accounts Payable [AP], Accounts Receivable [AR], General Ledger [GL], Journal Entries, and Bank Reconciliation). - Independently prepare Financial Statements in accordance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. - Manage TDS/TCS calculations, challan payments, quarterly returns, and reconciliations. - Prepare monthly MIS reports, Cash Flow Statements, Fund Flow Statements, and variance analysis. - Assist with Income Tax Returns, Advance Tax calculations, and Tax Audit documentation. - Coordinate with clients, statutory auditors, and internal teams. - Visit client offices as required for accounting and financial reporting assignments. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Educational Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter (Completed or Pursuing). - Experience: 3 Years of Completed CA/CMA Articleship (Mandatory). - SAP Experience: Hands-on SAP accounting experience (Mandatory). - Technical Expertise: Experience preparing financial statements under Schedule III (Mandatory) and practical knowledge of TDS Compliance & Return Filing (Mandatory). - Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). - Other Requirements: Good communication skills and willingness to travel to client locations. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Work Mode: Work from Office. - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (₹5 – ₹6 LPA). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email or WhatsApp with the subject line 'Application – Executive Accounts – Chennai'.
