Role & Company / Project Overview: Sri Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Developer / Consultant in Charlotte, NC for a long-term engagement lasting 12–18 months. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial planning. • Configure Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, levels, versions, and accounts. • Build and manage dashboards, standard reporting, scorecards, and management reports. • Handle Adaptive integrations, ETL operations, and data management pipelines. • Facilitate finance/FP&A and workforce planning implementations and support. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of IT/ERP experience. • 4+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience. • Strong budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial planning expertise. • Strong Finance/FP&A and workforce planning knowledge. • Experience with Workday Financials/HCM integrations is a plus. • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Power BI, Tableau, Prism Analytics, OfficeConnect, or Cloud Connect is a plus. • Workday Adaptive Planning certification is preferred. • Candidate must provide Work Authorization and confirm Willingness to Relocate. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. • Work Model: Hybrid. • Duration: 12–18 months.
