### Role & Company / Project Overview Ampcus is hiring an experienced AI professional for a GEN AI Developer position. The ideal candidate will build and deploy intelligent autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and enterprise workflow automation. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Build and deploy intelligent autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and enterprise workflow automation. • Develop end-to-end Generative AI, LLM, and agentic solutions integrating vector databases and RAG pipelines. • Implement and maintain multi-agent AI systems to support enterprise-level automation. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 12+ years of software development experience required. • Strong expertise in Python, LangChain, and LangGraph. • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic AI. • In-depth expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector Databases. • Proven experience building Multi-Agent AI Systems. • Open for C2C & W2 engagements. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite - Local candidates required). • Expected Project Duration: 6-9+ Months. ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified. ### Application Instructions • Resumes will be reviewed only if submitted with Current Location, Visa status, and LinkedIn ID directly to the provided recruiter email.
