Job description

Wells AI is seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. The position requires strong hands-on expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG/GraphRAG, Python, and LLM applications, as well as mandatory hands-on experience with Vision Language Models (VLM). Responsibilities include developing LLM applications, implementing frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel, working with vector databases, knowledge graphs, Docker, and enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, and maintaining LLMOps, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
