We are hiring Female Lead Closing Executives for both Work From Home (WFH) and Work From Office (WFO) roles. The role involves handling and following up with interested customer leads, explaining company services, converting qualified leads into successful sales, achieving assigned targets, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Eligibility: Female candidates with good communication skills; freshers and experienced candidates welcome; unmarried candidates preferred. Compensation includes performance-based earnings, 10% incentive on every successfully closed and confirmed total payment, and additional earnings of 2500-21,000 per confirmed lead after 60 days with A1 performance. Working hours are flexible with minimum commitment of 3-6 months. Leave must be informed 1-2 days in advance; uninformed absence may result in deduction. Minimum commitment of 3-6 months required.
