Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a creative, energetic, and articulate PRT English Teacher for full-time employment to teach English language, grammar, literature, phonics, and creative writing to students of Classes 1 to 5 in Sikandarpur, Chandauli. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based English lessons. - Develop students' Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills. - Utilize storytelling, role-plays, rhymes, reading sessions, and educational games. - Prepare worksheets, tests, and homework, and diligently track student academic progress. - Maintain a warm, safe, encouraging, and well-disciplined classroom environment. - Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and discuss student progress with parents. - Participate in school assemblies, literary competitions, cultural events, and annual day celebrations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline. - B.Ed. is strictly mandatory. - Minimum 1 year of proven experience teaching English at the Primary level (PRT) in a recognized school. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle primary age groups with patience, empathy, and high energy. - Strong familiarity with activity-based learning techniques. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Full-time position onsite in Sikandarpur, Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary structure matching school standard and experience. - Free or subsidized school transport available from designated pickup points in and around Sikandarpur (Chandauli). - Supportive, creative, and collaborative teaching culture with opportunities for continuous skill enhancement. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should send their updated CV via email.
