• Role & Company / Project Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team in Central Java (Jawa Tengah), Indonesia. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional ready to take the next step in their career by steering financial operations, establishing core financial frameworks, and providing strategic managerial oversight. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Train, manage, and lead the accounting team and evaluate team members' performance - Develop, set up, and manage accounting, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory systems - Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly P&L statements, annual financial reports, and financial forecasts - Prepare and manage budgets for various departments and approve purchases while controlling expenses - Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification processes - Coordinate and liaise directly with independent auditors - Evaluate business profitability, operational efficiency, financial processes, and overall performance • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with demonstrable finance and team management experience or functioning in a managerial level and capacity - Technical Expertise: Strong and thorough knowledge of accounting principles, tax principles, general ledger (GL) functions, and professional accounting software - Direct, hands-on experience and abilities in Transfer Pricing is a distinct advantage/plus - Professional Qualities: Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility, robust analytical capabilities, strategic leadership, and strong problem-solving skills - Communication & Language: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English at a professional level • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Central Java (Jawa Tengah), Indonesia - Work arrangement: Onsite/standard corporate working schedule • Application Instructions - Submit your updated CV with the subject line formatted as: Finance and Accounting Manager - [Your Name] - Applications can be submitted via LinkedIn or by emailing the recruitment team directly
