• Role & Company / Project Overview JPA Workforce is actively hiring Machine Operators in the Carrollton, TX area. The company is willing to train the right candidates and offers great opportunities to grow your career. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Operate and maintain production machinery - Assist technicians to set up machines by helping to install rolls of paper onto the feeder - Read orders to verify the correct print is being printed, correct paper is used, and correct paper handles are applied for the order in hand - Ensure glue levels are sufficient and clean off glue in designated areas of the machines - Minimize waste by making sure the machine is calibrated correctly and adjusting when needed - Maintain a clean machine so that it runs smoothly longer - Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments - Quality check final product and interact • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Previous machine operation experience preferred, such as injection press, injection molding, or CNC operation (willing to train candidates without specific machine experience who are motivated and ready to learn) - No English required - Applicants must provide two forms of ID and a resume • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - 1st & 2nd shifts available - Location: Carrollton, TX 75006 • Compensation & Benefits - Starting Pay: $15/hr - Pay increase once hired on • Application Instructions Contact JPA Workforce by phone or visit their office to apply.
