• Role & Company / Project Overview Join us as Head of Member Engagement and lead our programme of board-level member forums and EDI networks, creating valuable opportunities for NHS leaders to connect, collaborate and share learning. You will lead and support the Member Engagement team, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and use member insight and sector intelligence to shape meaningful engagement across the Alliance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead our programme of board-level member forums and EDI networks - Create valuable opportunities for NHS leaders to connect, collaborate, and share learning - Lead and support the Member Engagement team - Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders - Utilize member insight and sector intelligence to shape meaningful engagement across the Alliance • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Inclusive and collaborative leader - Proven experience in developing and supporting teams - Demonstrated track record in engaging senior stakeholders - Experience in designing high-quality networking opportunities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Contract: Full time, permanent - Work style: Agile working - Base location: Cardiff with regular travel to London - Closing date: 8 October, 11:59pm - Interviews: 21 October • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: £63,175 per annum • Application Instructions Download the job description and click Apply to complete the official application form via the provided link.
