Role & Company / Project Overview: People Connect is recruiting an experienced Principal IBM DataPower Engineer on behalf of an esteemed Australian Federal Government client in Canberra to contribute to high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as a Principal Engineer for integration and gateway technologies using IBM DataPower and API Connect (APIC). • Deliver integration and API management projects aligned with government client and industry quality standards. • Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver robust, secure, and high-performance solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 5 years of experience in using IBM DataPower and APIC technologies. • 3 to 5 years of experience delivering projects within quality standards. • Security Clearance: NV1 (Negative Vetting Level 1) Clearance required. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Contract Duration: 12-month initial contract with an available 24-month extension option. • Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. • Work Type: Contract / ICT Contract.
