### Role & Company / Project Overview A Plus Group has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Officer within our Trading & FMCG operations. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inbound queries, and providing reliable support to business partners. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and product information requests. • Process customer orders, verify dispatch details, and handle order tracking. • Coordinate with sales and logistics departments to resolve customer issues effectively. • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback documentation. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience in customer service, client handling, or front-desk communication roles. • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem resolution capabilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced trading environment. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Cambodia (Onsite). • Work Schedule: Standard full-time operational hours. ### Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Up to $300 USD per month. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply via the designated email or contact lines.
