We are hiring an experienced leader in transportation, logistics, or BPO operations to join our growing team and help drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include supervising daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, monitoring team performance and providing guidance, coaching, and support, coordinating with different departments to meet operational targets and service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines, handling operational issues and implementing solutions to improve productivity, preparing and submitting operational reports to management, and maintaining quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications include experience in transportation industry, logistics company, or BPO industry, strong leadership and good communication skills, ability to manage teams and handle operational challenges, ability to start ASAP, and willingness to work on shifting schedules.
