• Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ABAP, HCM/HR, SAP Migration Cockpit, EAM, SCM, and SAP S/4HANA for client/vendor Infosys. Open to any visa status. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute end-to-end SAP data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit - Develop and enhance ABAP programs, BAPIs, and conversion programs - Support SAP HCM/HR migration including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll & Benefits - Perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation - Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration initiatives - Troubleshoot complex migration and ABAP issues - Support testing, UAT, cutover, and production deployment - Collaborate with functional and business teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of relevant experience - Strong hands-on SAP ABAP + SAP Migration Cockpit experience - Core proficiency in SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP ABAP / BAPIs, SAP HCM / HR, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP EAM & SCM - Deep knowledge of Data Migration & Conversion, Data Mapping, Transformation & Validation, Data Cleansing & Reconciliation, Cutover, UAT & Go-Live Support, ABAP Debugging & Performance Optimization - Strong SAP HCM/HR domain knowledge - Experience with EAM & SCM - Proven S/4HANA migration/transformation experience - Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: California, CA - Work Type: Hybrid (3 to 4 days onsite per month) - Employment Type: W2 (Preferred) or C2C • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their resume for review.
