• Role & Company / Project Overview: Urban37 is seeking a talented and passionate Building Inspector (levels I, II, or III) to support a municipal client in California. Urban37 partners with public service agencies to provide experienced, dedicated support to municipal teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Conduct building inspections across designated municipal jurisdictions to ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations. - Review on-site construction progress, enforce code compliance, and coordinate directly with municipal staff and contractors. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience and certification appropriate for Building Inspector levels I, II, or III. - Dedication to public service, community safety, and collaborative teamwork. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Arrangement: On-Site. - Location: Supporting a Peninsula Area Municipality (San Francisco Peninsula, California, United States). - Schedule: Full-Time. • Compensation & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $45.00 – $67.00 per hour. • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume via email to the People Operations team.
