Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a high-agency Forward Deployed Engineer (GenAI) to work directly with strategic enterprise accounts. In this hands-on, "builder-innovator" role, you will bridge the gap between frontier AI prototypes and production-grade systems—coding, debugging, and deploying complex agentic workflows inside live customer environments. This is an urgent, contract-based requirement operating on PST hours. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Code & Ship: Build and deploy enterprise-grade agentic systems (multi-agent workflows, ReAct patterns, MCP servers). • Integrate: Connect Google Cloud AI suites (Gemini-powered CX, CES, Dialogflow CX, CCAI) into existing customer infrastructure, legacy data, and security perimeters. • Optimize & Evaluate: Build high-performance evaluation pipelines, observability tools, and state-management systems for safety, latency, and accuracy. • Co-Build & Guide: Partner directly with customer engineering teams to establish best practices and turn field insights into reusable AI modules. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 14+ years of overall experience required. • 5+ years of software development experience (strong Python preferred). • Visa requirement: H1B only. • GCP & Cloud AI: Proven experience architecting and launching production-grade AI/RAG pipelines using vector databases and cloud platforms. • Google CX Ecosystem: Hands-on experience implementing Dialogflow CX, CES, or Contact Center AI (CCAI). • Customer-Facing: Experience leading technical discovery and co-building alongside client engineering teams. • Nice-to-Haves / Standout Skills: Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in CS, AI, or related fields; hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK) and LLM optimization metrics (tokens/sec, granular tracing); Google AI / FDE Bootcamp certification or equivalent top-tier benchmark assessments; background in telecom architectures (Telecom APIs, User Auth, BAA).
