• Role & Company / Project Overview: Barry Enterprises Protection & Security Services is growing and hiring a Field Operations Supervisor for Calgary and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dedicated field leader who takes ownership, follows through, leads by example, and upholds high service standards. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee security personnel across multiple operational client sites. - Conduct rigorous site inspections and maintain service standards. - Support ongoing personnel training and guidance. - Resolve staffing issues proactively and maintain consistent, reliable service to protect client relationships. - Coordinate solutions when coverage falls through and provide immediate support to security agents whenever needed. - Address missed standards promptly and follow through on corrective measures. - Make proactive field decisions and communicate effectively across teams. - Personally cover a security shift when qualified replacement coverage cannot be secured. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Reliable personal vehicle is mandatory. - Valid Alberta Security Services Licence. - Valid Class 5 driver's licence and clean/current driver’s abstract. - Previous security supervisory, mobile patrol, or field operations experience. - Strong verbal/written communication and professional report writing skills. - High degree of accountability and ability to treat agents with professionalism and respect. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Calgary and surrounding areas, Alberta, Canada (Onsite / Field operations). - Availability required for flexible shifts and scheduled on-call duties. • Compensation & Benefits: - Paid site training. - Company uniform provided. - Leadership development and performance-based career advancement opportunities. - Benefits and corporate gym membership (subject to eligibility). • Application Instructions: - Submit your résumé with subject line 'Field Operations Supervisor Application' including supervisory experience, licence status, vehicle availability, and work availability via email.
