Mash Premiere is expanding its CVM business and launching a new Diabetes Line. We are looking for a highly driven District Manager to lead operations and drive performance in the Cairo region. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the medical representatives team within the assigned district; achieving monthly and annual sales targets for the Diabetes Line; implementing strategic plans to maximize market penetration and product performance; building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders; monitoring competitors’ activities and providing timely market insights; and ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and promotional guidelines. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine; 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or district role; strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills; a proven track record of achieving targets and managing a field team; and the ability to travel within assigned regions. Diabetes experience is a must. Employment type: Full-time.
