Role & Company / Project Overview: J&T Express Egypt is growing its Quality Operations team and is looking for a Senior Quality Operations Specialist. This role is for someone who loves solving complex problems, finding the root cause behind symptoms, and building processes that last. You will turn operational data into real improvements across one of the country's fastest-growing logistics networks. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead quality initiatives across hubs, branches, and the wider network. • Monitor end-to-end transit time, backlog, and key operational KPIs. • Reduce mis-sorting, delays, damage, and loss through data-driven action. • Run operational audits and ensure SOP and quality-standard compliance. • Lead investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical issues. • Design and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). • Analyze customer complaints to uncover recurring operational causes. • Develop and continuously improve SOPs, processes, and quality standards. • Mentor team members and influence stakeholders at every level. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Quality Operations, Operational Excellence, or a related field. • Mandatory background in Logistics, Courier, Shipping, or E-commerce. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Deep knowledge of RCA, CAPA, SOPs, and process improvement. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Proven experience leading teams or initiatives.
