Role & Company / Project Overview: Namaa Global is hiring a Resubmission Officer for one of its clients in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on medical insurance claims, denial analysis, and claims correction & resubmission. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle medical insurance claims processing and management • Perform denial analysis on rejected claims • Execute claims correction and resubmission procedures • Manage reimbursement workflows and resolve insurance claim discrepancies Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical claims, claims resubmission, or denial management • Good knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance, and reimbursement practices • Good English, Microsoft Excel, and analytical skills • Experience with UAE healthcare insurance claims is preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt • Workplace type: On-site • Employment type: Full-time Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by sending their updated CV to the provided contact email.
