• Role & Company / Project Overview: NES Fircroft is seeking a professional to join their MSP Program Management Office in Egypt to oversee Managed Service Provider delivery operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee governance, process adherence, and reporting for MSP programs. - Coordinate between client stakeholders, supply chain staffing vendors, and internal recruitment operations. - Monitor program performance metrics, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience within MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments, PMO operations, or large-scale recruitment delivery. - Strong stakeholder management, project planning, and analytics capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Egypt. - Full-time internal role. • Application Instructions: Send an email with your updated CV to the Talent Acquisition team.
