Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter Specialist who enjoys the challenge of finding the right talent, connecting with prospective candidates, and turning vacancies into successful hires. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and hiring requirements. • Drive blue-collar hiring and mass recruitment initiatives, with a specialized focus on hiring drivers. • Source, headhunt, screen, and engage suitable candidates for open requisitions. • Negotiate job offers and coordinate closing steps with prospective hires. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment. • Demonstrated track record in blue-collar and mass hiring (especially hiring drivers). • Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting expertise. • Solid communication and negotiation abilities. • Capability to balance and prioritize multiple hiring requests concurrently.
