• Role & Company / Project Overview: A large, fast-growing group operating across multiple factories and an extensive network of branches across Egypt is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead recruitment operations nationwide at scale. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Build, lead, and develop an effective in-house recruitment team with clear targets and accountability. - Drive nationwide mass hiring across branches, factories, warehouses, and head-office functions. - Recruit across production, operations, frontline, supervisory, and managerial roles. - Plan manpower requirements, build talent pipelines, and support business expansion across governorates. - Monitor recruitment KPIs, time-to-fill, hiring productivity, and quality of hire. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience leading recruitment teams in large, multi-location organizations. - Strong track record in mass hiring and nationwide recruitment. - Experience in restaurant chains, F&B, FMCG, food manufacturing, or large retail networks is highly preferred. - Ability to build recruitment capabilities, manage multiple hiring priorities, and deliver results under pressure. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Head Office – Salah Salem, Cairo, Egypt. - Work arrangement: Onsite. • Application Instructions: - Send your updated CV via WhatsApp to the contact phone number provided.
