• Role & Company / Project Overview: Fabric Tales is hiring a Talent Acquisition specialist to join the team. The role focuses primarily on Talent Acquisition while supporting the wider human resources function. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. - Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates. - Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Support onboarding and offboarding activities. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities. - Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. - Provide general HR support across the employee lifecycle. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Fluent in English. - 3+ years of HR experience. - Fashion retail experience is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Detail-oriented. - Excellent MS Office skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Cairo, Egypt (must be a Cairo resident). - Onsite role. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV with the subject line 'Talent Acquisition' to the designated recruitment contact.
