Role & Company / Project Overview: Allagro Egypt is hiring an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the human resources function and play a key role in building and developing people, processes, and HR infrastructure. This is a hands-on senior leadership role balancing strategic HR guidance with rigorous operational execution. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • HR Strategy & Organizational Development: Lead workforce planning, organizational structure, job descriptions, and overarching HR strategy. • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, selection, candidate onboarding, and strategic talent pipelines. • HR Operations: Manage complete employee lifecycle, contracts, attendance, leaves, probation periods, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. • Compensation & Payroll: Direct payroll oversight, benefits administration, performance incentives, salary structures, and compensation reviews. • Performance Management: Oversee KPIs, performance appraisals, probation reviews, and performance improvement plans. • Employee Relations: Manage grievances, disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. • Policies & Compliance: Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance. • Learning & Development: Design training plans, talent development initiatives, and succession planning framework. • HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards, track headcount, turnover rates, recruitment metrics, payroll analytics, employee costs, and operational performance metrics. • HR Systems & Digitalization: Contribute to implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, including Odoo, and establish automated, efficient HR workflows and processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field • 7 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with managerial responsibility • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations • Solid hands-on experience across HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and organizational development • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems; Odoo experience is a strong advantage Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Cairo, Egypt • Onsite position Application Instructions: • Send CV to the designated HR email with the subject line "Senior HR Manager"
