Role & Company / Project Overview: BuildaPay is hiring a Customer Success Specialist in Cairo, Egypt. BuildaPay builds software that helps construction and real estate companies streamline operations, improve financial visibility, and manage projects more efficiently. The mission is to ensure every client gets real value from the platform. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Be the go-to contact for assigned accounts. • Drive onboarding, product adoption, and renewals. • Spot churn risks early and keep customer health climbing. • Turn customer feedback into product improvements. • Work closely with Product, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role. • SaaS or tech product experience (highly preferred). • Excellent spoken and written English. • A proactive, ownership mindset.
