• Role & Company / Project Overview El Rehab General Contracting Company is actively seeking a qualified and seasoned Technical Office Architect to manage and execute architectural technical office operations for construction and finishing projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare, review, coordinate, and finalize comprehensive architectural shop drawings. - Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and review payment certificates. - Prepare material submittals, coordinate technical specifications, and systematically follow up on client/consultant approvals. - Review architectural drawings, specifications, and execution details for interior and exterior finishing works. - Coordinate between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless implementation according to approved documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. - Minimum 10 years of professional technical office experience specifically focused on construction and finishing projects. - Strong, demonstrable proficiency in preparing and coordinating architectural shop drawings. - Solid experience in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and contractor/consultant payment certificates. - Proven track record in preparing material submittals and managing approval lifecycles. - Comprehensive knowledge of architectural working drawings, material specifications, and quality standards for finishing works. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Full-time on-site technical office role located in Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on qualifications and industry experience. • Application Instructions - Interested professionals should submit an updated CV indicating 'Technical Office Architect' in the email subject line.
