Key Skills: Python, SQL, AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda), Machine Learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn), LLM / GenAI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow), Healthcare / Clinical NLP experience (mandatory).
