We are a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of electrical contact materials and overall solutions. We are looking for a results-driven European Sales Manager to build our presence from the ground up. This is a true 0-to-1 role: you will map the territory, identify key players, develop a client pipeline, and close deals with major European manufacturers. Responsibilities include developing and executing the European sales strategy, owning the regional revenue target, identifying and acquiring new customers in the low-voltage electrical, electrical contact, and precious metal materials sectors, managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with client stakeholders, collaborating with headquarters in China, and representing the company at European industry exhibitions. Requirements: 3+ years of B2B sales/BD experience in industrial manufacturing, strongly preferred experience in low-voltage electrical, electrical contact materials, or precious metals, based in Europe with travel ability, fluent English (German, Italian, or French are pluses), strategic thinker with a hunter mentality.
