Role & Company / Project Overview: An established FMCG company (Suvidha Assurance) is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Senior Sales Officer (Sr. SO) based in Butwal, Nepal. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. • Manage and expand distribution networks across assigned territories. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. • Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and market penetration. • Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management. • Lead, motivate, and support sales teams to achieve business objectives.
