• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to support enterprise network transformation for a large healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have strong Cisco networking, ACI, firewall, SD-WAN, network security, and infrastructure assessment experience. This is a full-time remote role based in Buffalo, NY. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct enterprise network discovery and assessments. - Evaluate LAN/WAN, wireless, data center, and firewall infrastructure. - Develop remediation roadmaps and standardized network configurations. - Support network automation, monitoring, upgrades, and lifecycle management. - Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, technical leadership, and mentoring. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory Requirement: Cisco ACI Certification is required. - Cisco Networking: Routers, Switches, Nexus & Catalyst. - Routing: OSPF, BGP & EIGRP. - Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure). - Cisco Firewalls: ASA & Firepower. - Enterprise Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point. - SD-WAN: Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or Fortinet. - Network Discovery: Device42, Lansweeper, ServiceNow Discovery, or SolarWinds. - ServiceNow ITSM: Incident, Change, Problem & CMDB. - Network Security: Segmentation, NAC, 802.1X, VPN & PKI. - Network Automation: Ansible, Python, or Terraform. - Preferred Experience: * 8+ years of enterprise network engineering, including 3+ years in a senior/lead role. * Healthcare or other regulated industry experience. * Healthcare networking: IoMT segmentation, HL7/FHIR, and EMR/EHR connectivity. * HIPAA Security Rule and HITRUST controls. * MSP/NOC service delivery and Tier 3 escalation support. * CCNP/CCIE or firewall security certifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Remote. - Location: Buffalo, NY. - Travel: Must be available for 25% travel. - Employment Type: Full time. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the contact email provided.
