Role & Company / Project Overview: Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-Speaking Customer Service representative (Conseiller/ère Client Francophone) based in Braga, Portugal. The position entails handling phone advisory and support regarding credit and financing solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide customer phone support and advice on credit and financing solutions (Conseil client par téléphone sur le crédit et les financements). • Utilize sales aptitude to assist and guide clients effectively. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Native or C2 French proficiency (Français natif ou C2). • Demonstrated sales aptitude. • Must currently reside in Portugal, within 50 km of Braga (no relocation support provided). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Braga, Portugal. • Shifts: Rotational shifts (Équipes tournantes). • Contract: 6-month contract.
