• Role & Company / Project Overview: The AES Group is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer in East Boston, MA. This opportunity is designed for a Full Stack Engineer passionate about AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and building production-ready applications. The hiring team prioritizes practical engineering ability, strong technical judgment, and real-world AI experience over specific years of experience with languages or frameworks. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop end-to-end production software and web applications integrated with AI capabilities. - Integrate LLMs, design prompts, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured outputs, and tool calling. - Implement AI evaluation and observability mechanisms including offline evaluation, runtime validation, telemetry, AI reliability, and performance monitoring. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications, and handle API integrations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Employment Type Requirement: W2 Only (Local candidates only). - Full Stack Development: Python, React, TypeScript, APIs, SQL, and production software engineering. - AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic coding tools. - Generative AI & LLMs: LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Structured Outputs, and Tool Calling. - AI Evaluation & Observability: Offline Evaluation, Runtime Validation, Telemetry, AI Reliability, and Performance Monitoring. - Cloud & DevOps: Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, API Integrations, and OAuth 2.0/OIDC. - Nice to Have: PostgreSQL/pgvector, Kubernetes, Vertex AI, Microsoft Foundry, ETL/CDC, Serverless, C#, or Go. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: East Boston, MA. - Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite/Week. - Interview Requirement: Onsite interview required. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard company compensation package. • Application Instructions: - Interested local candidates can submit their resume directly for consideration.
