Role & Company / Project Overview: Midway Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor for the 2nd Shift on a seasonal basis in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This onsite supervisory role coordinates workforce operations directly at the client facility during the second shift. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide direct onsite supervision, guidance, and floor support to temporary and seasonal warehouse/industrial personnel • Monitor 2nd shift attendance, check-ins, line placement, and productivity • Address immediate employee inquiries, floor issues, and workplace safety compliance • Facilitate bilingual communication between Spanish-speaking workers and facility management • Report shift metrics, attendance, and performance logs to the branch management team Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory) • Prior supervisory, team lead, or onsite staffing coordination experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility • Strong problem-solving, floor management, and communication skills • Availability to commit to a seasonal assignment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift: 2nd Shift (Seasonal) • Work Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois (Onsite client facility) Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation not specified in the post Application Instructions: • Submit resume via email indicating the role and city in the subject line
