• Role & Company / Project Overview Viraj is urgently hiring Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in SMS (Steel Melting Shop) for Metallurgical operations covering Induction and AOD processes. A total of 12 positions are available across operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Undergo technical training and assist in plant operations within the Steel Melting Shop (SMS). - Support Induction furnace and Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD) metallurgical operations and monitoring. - Ensure operational adherence to metallurgic processes, quality benchmarks, and safety standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Academic Qualification: Completed BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline. - Passing Year / Eligibility: Passout students of the year 2025 or 2026. - Required Roles: DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee) and GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Mode: Onsite / Plant-based. - Location: Boisar, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry stipend/compensation as per company trainee policy. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates matching the eligibility criteria are requested to share their applications via email.
