• Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Anugerah Citra Walet Indonesia (YanTyTy Group) is seeking an experienced HR Manager (人力资源经理) to lead and develop the Human Resources function. This position is based in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia, and requires an experienced professional fluent in Mandarin with comprehensive expertise in Indonesian labor regulations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead, manage, and oversee the Human Resources function across the organization. - Manage and guide a team of at least 6 HR team members. - Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulatory standards. - Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and general HR operational workflows within a manufacturing setting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an HR Manager or equivalent managerial role within the manufacturing sector. - Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written: listening, speaking, reading, and writing). - In-depth and solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations. - Proven track record and leadership experience managing a team of at least 6 people. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bogor, West Java, Indonesia (Penempatan: Bogor, Jawa Barat). - Work setup: Onsite manufacturing plant/office. • Application Instructions: - Submit updated CV via email with the subject format: HR Manager – Nama Lengkap.
