• Role & Company / Project Overview: MobiKwik is expanding its field sales team and inviting enthusiastic, self-driven, and result-oriented candidates to join as Field Sales Officers (FOS) in the FinTech / Oil & Gas Segment across multiple districts in Bihar. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, merchant acquisition, and digital payment solutions to build a rewarding career in the growing FinTech industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Identify and acquire new merchants, including petrol pumps and fuel stations. - Promote MobiKwik’s digital payment solutions and EDC POS machines. - Drive merchant onboarding, activation, and business growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners. - Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. - Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass. - Experience in Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or Business Development will be an advantage. - Freshers with a strong interest in field sales are also eligible and welcome to apply. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of the local market. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Field sales role requiring regular travel across assigned territories. - Location: Across all districts in Bihar, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Fixed Salary: Rs. 24,000 per month. - Daily Allowance: Up to Rs. 6,500 per month. - Target Bonus: Up to Rs. 10,000 per month. - Total Monthly Earnings: Unlimited incentive potential. - Professional learning, career growth opportunities, and exposure to Digital Payments and the Oil & Gas ecosystem. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should share their updated resume or reach out directly via phone or WhatsApp.
