### Role & Company / Project Overview Channelplay is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) on behalf of Nykaa FMCG. Nykaa is a leading beauty, cosmetics, and personal care brand expanding its FMCG retail footprint across India. This role focuses on accelerating market reach, expanding direct retailer presence, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct daily field visits and drive business development within the assigned sales territory. • Visit retail counters and stores to promote Nykaa's beauty, cosmetics, and personal care product portfolios. • Present and explain complete product ranges to store owners and decision-makers, generate sales orders, and drive primary/secondary sales numbers. • Identify, onboard, and activate new retail outlets to expand the distribution and retailer network. • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, productive business relationships with retail partners. • Achieve designated sales volume and value targets consistently through disciplined daily market coverage. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, food & beverages, or pharmaceuticals. • Preferred prior industry experience with organizations such as HUL, Dabur, Parle, Britannia, P&G, ITC, JioMart, Flipkart, Jumbotail, Udaan, Good Day, Nirma, Colgate, or other beauty/FMCG distribution enterprises. • Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and an active driving licence. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Local residency and familiarity with the local market territory are preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bihar, India. • Working Model: Full-time field sales requiring regular on-ground market visits. ### Application Instructions • Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit their updated resume for consideration.
