Role & Company / Project Overview: Mahindra Finance is hiring an experienced and customer-focused CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to join its Bhubaneswar RO Branch in Odisha. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and nurture customer relationships across the branch's financial services portfolio. • Drive sales targets with a result-oriented approach and proactive customer outreach. • Handle customer inquiries, address service requirements, and resolve concerns effectively. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
