• Role & Company / Project Overview: NAVA Limited, an established 50+ year old listed company operating across Asia & Africa in Power Generation, Ferro Alloys, Mining, and Agribusiness, invites candidates for Electrical Maintenance roles across Indian and Overseas Operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: Managing and executing electrical maintenance for: - Turbine - Generator - Switchgear & Auxiliaries - Boiler-Turbine-Generator (BTG) - Balance of Plant (BOP) - High Voltage (HV) Switchyard - Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and uninterrupted plant operations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering - Experience: 6 to 15 years in Thermal Power Projects - Experience in 100 MW & above thermal plants is an added advantage - Strong experience in HV switchyard, generators, switchgears, and power distribution systems • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Walk-In Drive Date & Time: 11th October 2026 | 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM - Venue: Swosti Grand, Unit 3, 103, Janpath Rd., Near Railway Station, Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751001 - Job Locations: Indian and Overseas Operations • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Candidates who have attended an interview with Nava Limited & Group companies in the last 6 months are requested not to attend. - If unable to attend the walk-in drive, please email your updated resume.
