Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Tender Executive with experience in government tenders, preferably in the construction and infrastructure sector. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and government departments for smooth project execution • Monitor construction progress, work programs, milestones, and time extension requirements • Prepare and submit tender documents, Comparative Rate Sheets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) • Prepare project reports related to payments, pending dues, and time extensions • Maintain and update pending payment sheets and company profiles • Liaise with legal associates regarding contractual claims and dispute resolution • Review ongoing projects daily and provide timely progress updates to management • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion within deadlines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or construction administration • Experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or real estate • Knowledge of tendering, BOQ, project documentation, and payment tracking • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented attributes • Strong follow-up skills and commitment to deadlines • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and coordinate effectively with stakeholders Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh • Industry: Government Projects / Construction / Infrastructure Compensation & Benefits: • Pay: Best in Industry, based on experience & interview performance • Benefits: Provident Fund Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the subject line format: YourName_PC_Experience_Location (e.g., Rahul_PC_3Yrs_Bhopal).
