Role & Company / Project Overview: Twoedge Solutions is urgently hiring male and female candidates for the position of Digital Customer Specialist in Bhopal. This is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) customer care role open to both freshers and experienced candidates seeking dynamic career growth. Immediate joiners are preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide customer support and address inquiries through digital customer service channels. • Maintain effective verbal and written communication in Hindi and English with clients and customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and managing customer interactions efficiently. • Adhere to company service levels, process guidelines, and quality standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Eligibility: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary). • Important Condition: Candidates must not be currently pursuing any regular course or higher education. • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals. • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. • Language Skills: Good communication skills in both Hindi and English. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO). • Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. • Shift Window: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. • Working Hours: Any 9 working hours scheduled within the shift window. • Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off. Compensation & Benefits: • Initial Salary: INR 10,500 per month. • Salary Revision: INR 13,000 per month after 6 months of service. • Performance Incentives: INR 2,000 to INR 10,000 per month based on performance.
